Rankwell AI — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Rankwell AI ("Rankwell," "we," "us," or "our") is a product operated by Altisima Inc., a Florida corporation located at 3109 Grand Ave #478, Miami, FL 33133, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website at https://rank-well.com and our application and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Rankwell AI provides an AI-assisted platform that helps businesses and their authorized representatives manage their Google Business Profile and related online presence — including business information, posts, reviews, and performance insights.
2. Information we collect
a. Information you provide. Account details such as your name, email address, business name, and any information you submit when you contact us or configure the Service.
b. Google account data (with your authorization). When you connect a Google Business Profile, you authorize us, through Google OAuth (using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope), to access certain data via the Google Business Profile APIs. This may include: business/location information (name, address, hours, categories, attributes, description), reviews and review replies, posts, photos/media, and performance metrics (such as calls, direction requests, and searches). We only access profiles you are authorized to manage.
c. Usage and technical data. Standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected when you use the website and application.
3. How we use information
We use information to: provide and operate the Service; display and manage your Google Business Profile data; generate draft content (such as posts and review replies) for your review and approval; produce reports and insights; communicate with you; maintain security; and comply with law.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Rankwell AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent for specific data; (b) it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law; or (c) the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Where AI is used to generate content (for example, draft posts or review replies), it operates on your data solely to deliver the feature you requested and is not used for model training.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These currently include Supabase (database and hosting) and Anthropic (AI content generation).
- Google, as required to perform the actions you authorize on your Business Profile.
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@rank-well.com. When you disconnect a Google Business Profile or close your account, we delete or de-identify associated Google user data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. You can also revoke Rankwell AI's access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions); doing so stops further access, and we delete the associated Google user data within a commercially reasonable period.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (including encryption in transit, access controls, and secret management) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA). Exercise these rights by contacting info@rank-well.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA/UK (GDPR): Where applicable, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
